2004: The Year of the Monkey. Being a Monkey, I cashed it all in and took off for a 3 week trip to study Wushu and tai chi in Henan Provence, China. Visiting temples was also on the agenda: Shaolin (Little Forest), of course. But my favorite was Fa Wang with its natural geography, the Gate of the Moon.
