Artist statement
Aoca is a UK-based artist. She uses conventional painting materials such as acrylics, oils and inks, as well as found materials to make beautiful, vibrant artworks. For Evelyn the material itself has become a source of inspiration; speaking its own language and possessing its own ability to interpret expressions, allowing unconscious images to emerge organically.
