About Me
I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. I love to paint and draw,and to teach children. I give private art lessons to children and am currently working toward my BA in Elementary Ed. so I can teach full time.
Statement
I am most interested in color and have the ability to see the different colors in everyday things. Painting flowers, landscapes and seascapes are what I am interested in now. My son and my dogs are also favorite subjects of mine.
Biography
I first studied art at the Snug Harbor Cultural Center on Staten Island when it was first starting to be renovated.I then moved to VA and studied under portrait artist Phyllis Biddle. Then about 7 years ago I moved to Albuquerque, NM and have been taking art classes at the local community college. I have been in juried shows in Richmond, Va and group and individual shows here in Albuquerque.
