About Me
Hi, my name is Jeremy Harmon. I was born and raised Southern California. I spent 6 years in Virginia Beach VA, 6 years in Pittsburgh PA and now I'm in Philadelphia PA. I don't know where my life will take me next but at the age of 31 I'm finally starting to figure out where my art is taking me. Much of the art I have displayed here were old school assignments so they don't necessarily reflect what I'm intending to do. It seems my most current ideas for art pieces are going to reflect my view of the state of the world, technology and religion. My pieces "Can't Breath", "The Price of Prisons", "Preaching to the Flock" and "In Halliburton We Trust" are pieces that reflect my style. I look at my art as a way to educate people about what I feel they should know and what the mainstream media, technological, political and religious establishments choose not to let us in on. Put simply, I look at it as a kind of social comentary.
