Biography
Kyra Lin Oser has been an instructor of Painting from the Masters at Learning Tree University of Thousand Oaks, and was an oil painting teacher to visiting students from Japan at California Lutheran University. She is a former professor of Moorpark College and Oxnard College, where she originated the Character Portrait Gallery, which features actors' paintings of their characters as theatrical design. Kyra instructed Japanese courses for the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents in South Central and East Los Angeles. She currently works as a painter at Cafe TuTu Tango of Universal Citywalk.
