About Me
I am a fashion designer who graduated from ESMOD Oslo June, 2009, with a specialisation within menswear.
Statement
I built my exam collection, ELECTRIC VOODOO, using the same inspiration sources and working techniques as Jimi Hendrix did when he made his music. Realistic vs. Spiritual. Military uniforms vs. the religion of voodoo. Working technique: METAPHORS. There is more into music than the first impression of it - So is my collection

Biography
Grew up in the windy west of Norway, in a medium-charming place called, Sveio. With deep roots in making of the Norwegian national costume, Bunad, and a grandmother with a secret dream of becoming a fashion designer in Paris - it should be easy to give those interests further.
But none the less, after ten years of trying, my mums fourth try, she managed to put those genes in her child. Me!
12th. of December, 1987, the circus started. My hunger after expressing myself has been constant my entire life. And its what I´ve always done, either through music or clothes.
From the age of 15 to 18 I studied music with the electric guitar as my main instrument. Though my dream of becoming a rockstar was stronger than ever at this time, it faded into dust as I became a finalist in a national design (youth)competition at the age of 16.
There was no longer doubt in my mind. Fashion design was my destiny. 18 years old I moved to Oslo to study at ESMOD. In my graduation year I choosed a specialisation within menswear, and in June 2009 I graduated and got honoured with the award for best menswear design at the ESMOD Diploma Show.
Currently I'm working as a freelance designer in corporation with different Norwegian labels, as well as she is head designer in the developing of a new Norwegian brand which will (hopefully) be available by the end of 2010.
