In Finland’s conversion of to a new religion, the Accordion did not fit in the churches new scheme of music and it had been the publics instrument of choice in past celebrations, so the church deemed it the devils lungs and its music unholy noise to inspire the new followers to sway from its use.
This story touches a side of me which has roots in New Orleans jazz and history.
