its hard to see what he is doing but , yes , he is ripping harts out of his head
this is done in ink. not pen ink like u get from a bottle
this is a drawing my friend andrew did of another guy friend as a sader woman with an african baby squished in his breast. not too gooda drawing but humorouse all the same. if you can see it lol
