This illustration was completed while I was attending The Art Institute of
Pittsburgh. The medium is colored pencil on paper. Pictured is Shiek
Yassan or the "Blind Shiek." He was assasinated, after leaving morning
prayer in Palestine weeks after I completed this piece. The illustration is
telling the story of the difficult issues that face the Israeli & Palestinian
people. Any feedback of this work is greatly appreciated. - Thank You.

This is a photo taken of a fish residing at the Pittsburgh Zoo. I had to take
the shot because of the amazing colors. This fish was loving the attention,
he seemed to swim back and forth in front of me, as if he was posing.
This is also one of my favorite photos, please feel free to browse my other
photos & illustrations. Feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank You.

I made several pieces similar to the one displayed, shortly after the start of
the current Iraq War. They all included clipped headlines and photos from
only three newspapers. All over the course of only about a month and a half.
No images or headlines were repeated because there was no shortage of
coverage when the war originally started. I always found it very interesting to
observe the words or phrases that were used to discribe the conflict.
To see another piece similar to this one, take a look at my photogallery.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated. - Thank You.
