Description - Abstract Expressionism, 40x60 inches, diptych, acrylic. I long wondered why Pollock didn't use his technique to visually explain more than his emotions. In a series of works I have taken the technique of throwing and splattering into the realm of representational art by depicting popular residential granites. The use of expressionism also allows me to place an emotional mood in the works.
